To ensure the best experience for all clients, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service and may require a deposit for all future bookings.
• All payments are non-refundable once services have been completed.
